Back Handspring Class

Class Overview

Back Handspring Class focuses on developing the strength, power, and technical precision required for safe and consistent back handsprings.

Athletes must demonstrate shape control, rebound mechanics, and shoulder strength before independent attempts.

The goal is power + precision + consistency.

“Progressions first. Independence earned.”
