Book a Free Trial

Free trials can be booked by navigating to the Parent Portal, under the Booking tab, browsing through the classes available, and selecting the desired class. If there are currently openings in the selected class, a “Request a Trial” button will be available.

What if We Miss a Class?

Don’t worry! You will receive a make-up token to use for an additional class visit! Make up tokens can be viewed and redeemed by navigating to the My Account tab, selecting Makeups under the student’s name, and then browsing and selecting the desired make up class.

Class Transfer

In the event of scheduling issues or shifting interests, enrollments can be transferred to new days, times, or programs by navigating to the My Account tab, selecting Enrollments under the student’s name to view his or her current enrollment(s), and then clicking the “Transfer Enrollment” button beside the enrollment that needs to be transferred.

Record a Future Absence

If it is known ahead of time that a student will be missing class for any reason, future absences can be recorded by navigating to the My Account tab and selecting Future Absences under the name of the student who will be absent.

Recording a future absence will not prorate tuition and make up tokens will still be generated after the student is marked absent from class.

Add or Update Auto Draft Information

From the My Account tab, the card information that is currently linked to the account can be viewed, updated, and enrolled into Jonesboro Academy’s auto draft program. The My Account tab also allows full transparency of all transaction history.
